I have yet again not posted anything in a fair while. I have my reasons tho, the main one and quite possibly the only one, work has been very time consuming and I havent had a day off in 19 days! which means I havent been able to stay in bed in the morning for 19 mornings which does not have a good effect. Anyway tomorrow (thats a saturday) I am working and then I have sunday off!! which will quite frankly be almost be heaven like! anyway unless you want me to prattle on about work which Im sure you dont, unless u want to hear about tractors, carrots, potatoes and pigs, Im just gonna post a few photos I took a few weeks ago and then leave...

Exactly half of what timothy I has posted. Sorry for my complete lack of posting of late, it has to do with work and effort and my car...she's broken, the power steering pump bust and some bolts have heads which seem to be made from chocolate. So she's currently at the mechanics waiting paitently for him to have a moment in time to mend her. As for effort I couldnt be bothered giving any to write a top quality post as I knew it wouldn't be top quality and therefore I wasn't going to write. And as for work...well now....last week I worked a total of 54hrs...and its likely to increase as we enter the season of tractor driving :D in two months time I will have my own tractor :D it is a John Deere 6320 and in a short amount of time I will have taken a picture of it (hopefully) so all you people who can't tell the difference between a JD and a New Holland (or any other tractor) can see what it looks like. And anyway of late I have not really had enough time or energy to write for which I am deeply sorry.

Hymn books that are still written in four parts, even if there are only three… Rain. Busses and angry bus drivers. Empty cups of coffee. And Having nothing more to write on my blog…

I managed to black out at work today, Iv got a cold and I suddenly started to feel really dizzy and faint so I went to a tractor to get in the cab and warm up, so I opened the door and the nxt thing I knew I was on the floor next to the front tyre of the tractor....so yh it therefore didn't surprise me that they sent me home! However wot was surprising is how comfortable the concrete floor covered in mud was!

cos no one else does! They are obviously a bunch of pansy Londoner's who have never even seen a pair of wellies let alone worn em! Dispite being in charge of farming in this country they really don't have a clue about it! For example NVZs Nitrate Vunerable Zones, mean you can ownly put a certain amount of manure and slurry on your field, which is a bummer if you have a lot of cows. Also you have to store all your manure and slurry for 6 months before you can put it on your fields...6 months worth of slurry is ALOT. And the best time for putting manure and slurry on is when its frosty cos then you don't get stuck or anything. But no you can't do that, so you have to do it when its softer but then what, they fine you for putting mud onto the road! I know someone who they tried to fine because the spiral in the spreader was in the wrong way round so it was sending into the air and then down onto the floor instead of straight onto the floor...thats just petty! And they moan about not having enough money, that's partly to do with the government, but it would help if DEFRA didn't use a top class hotel to board their staff when they were dealing with F&M! I mean come on! Use some common sense....and hire some people who actually know summat bout farming....

Sorry bout that I needed a good rant...you're lucky I didn't get onto Pirbright!

Having spent a relatively sleepless nite in my car on the side of a welsh mountain I preceed to watch rally car and do a spot of marshalling...imagin the smile on my face when this happened...
and if you don't believe I was really there then check this out....Im the chap in the green tabard leaning into the door to make sure they're all still alive (which they were)
and if you stiull don't believe me then watch this video Im the one sprinting to the car. and if you listen carefully to the incar footage you can actually hear me speak saying summat like "are you alrite?" I would like to claim I took the photos...however I didn't...one of the media chaps got some brilliant ones tho, If I can find em anywhere I'll post em up.

Right I have now settled down into my new job (and if u can't work out wot it is then your stupid) and therefore I will now endevour to post at least once a week, hence the title. However I haven't all that much to say today...therefore this won't be a very long post....I will also try to take some more photos at somepoint in the near future, I've been too busy of late and just haven't had time...also the fact that its dark by the time I get home doesn't help.

apologise for the distinct lack of any posts wot so ever recently....u see I have started a job on a farm recently and when I get home all I wanna do is do nothing or sleep, which in turn means I don't really have time to take photos or write posts like this one...hopefully I will soon enough get used to the long days and early starts and all that and I'll be back to more like my normal self, and post lots of useless posts and stuff...however it is now 8:30 which means it is nearly my bedtime....yep u heard that right 8:30 my bedtime! I have to be in a field by 7:30 tomorrow so staying up late really isn't worth it! I will take the time to say tho....I havent crashed a tractor yet!!!

Right I'm actually gonna right summat, so this post could be short it also may be long...really depends if I can think of anything to rant about. In the mean time I'll tell you what I've been upto, Last friday I help Tim take photos at a Phatfish gig hence all the photos. I saturday I wasted £16 watching county and then ended up mourning the loss of the Webb Ellis trophy having spent the evening watching the paid off tv ref make biased decisions which cost us the world cup...not that Im biased or anything. On monday I helped some one from church lay the footings for a green house and then today I constructed for myself a settling tank for used veg oil. Which brings me very neatly onto a new topic...

Fuel prices!!! They are ridiculous!!!!! I've seen diesel for 103.9!!!! Thats crazy expensive, I know the price of oil is high cos America likes to invade and hence destablise any country with oil. But the huge amount of tax on it doesn't help. Even veg oil has gone up cos the Americans have started growing crows for bio-fuels instead of for food so food prices have shot up so veg oil has gone fro £1.50 for 3 litres to nearly £2. Something had better be done soon to lower the cost of fuel and wot not cos its getting stupid. (notice how I managed to blame nearly everything on the americans there!)
