Has Mr. Clause had a CRB check?

In this modern era of health and safety and CRB checks a thought came to me and a friend the other day. We were sitting in Alan England's Electronics lesson on thursday listening to Alan's Christmas music he puts on when it is nearly the holidays when we heard a certain line from a song about Santa.

"He knows when you're asleep"

Sorry but is it just me or does the thought of a grown man who knows when young children are asleep, then he comes down the chimney not even through the front door, and then sometimes he even goes into childrens rooms...Sorry ladies and gentlemen but there is a distinct possibly that Santa could be a paedophile! *waits for stones to come flying* I mean does anybody know who he really is? Has anybody made him do a CRB check? Legend has it he lives with a load of elves, I dont even want to know how he got he got the elves...for all we know he could have abducted hundreds of children and mutilated them...I mean what really do we know about this man Santa Clause is that really his name?!?

I therefore urge you this december 25th to block up your chimney lock your doors...and if you hear the sound of reindeer feet on your roof keep an eye on your children.

Afternoon

I dunno what it is but every tuesday afternoon the college libary is always really busy and also dead noisey...which is a little ironic cos there's a big sign hanging up saying Silent Study Area...like anyone actually pays any attention to it. It becomes quite amusing tho, the libarians (if thats how u spell it) run around trying to shut everyone up. Until they get annoyed then they call in security and everything goes quiet for 5 minutes amd then everyone starts talking again. Having said all that it can get quite annoying after a while if you're trying to work. However right now Im not trying to work, Im writing a blog post, and Im listening to my mp3 player so I really dont care, they could all be shouting for all Im bothered.

This morning I had maths, and I arrived late...not very late...only by a few minutes but the teacher's pretty cool about and usually doesnt even say anything. And we hardly did any work in the lesson anyway. And the work we did me and Tom were amazing at it. Then we all went down to Charlie's - the kebab house down the road from college. It does a very good chip barm for £1.20 on a lunch time.

Right Im now about to have a rant about cricket, so if u dont like cricket (or me) jump this paragraph infact if u dont like me why are u reading this blog? anyway...what is going on with the selectors for the england team? I mean why on earth did they pick Ashley Giles instead of Monty for the first two tests? Why did they pick Geriant Jones instead of Chris Read? Its just daft I mean yeah sure they were in the team who won in 2005 but that doesnt mean they're the best players anymore. You pick the players who are in form not those who were in form. To be honest I think we need a change of management now. Having said all that I would like to say well done Alister Cook on his 4th test century, he's the youngest england player to do that...And at the end of the day, even tho it pains me to say it...well done austrialia...U guys played a lot better than us and more consistantly and u deserved it...well we certainly didnt.

Well thats my rant over now. Now a slightly better topic...I only have 4 more lessons then its the holidays! And during the hols I intend to take a fair few pictures...starting on thursday cos me and ethan are probs going climbing, again...and Im gonna take my camera this time and take some pictures, then Im goin for a walk on the 28th so I'll probs take my camera then and take a load. Oh Im gonna clean/service my bike during the hols so when Iv done that I'll take some pictures of that as well. I'll even take some of my headlights just for you mr Harman so you can see how good they are. Infact I my take my camera out on new years eve and take some of all the fireworks which will be poppin off. So yeah I'll probs have a load of photos to post. I might even at some point post some of the dump I writing this post in.

Anyway Iv ran out of things to say so Im going to go now. I have electronics in 25 mins and Iv got a mock exam in it so I'll go and do a quick bit of revision for it. Then I'll cycle home and get freezing cold cos winter has finally come and its gone cold!

Its friday!!

Hello everyone.

Its friday, and that can only mean one thing...I have a ten hour working day 2moz :( however it does mean £60...which I will neva complain at unless Im owed £100...

Anyway Yeah Im still here despite it being an age and a half since last time I posted and that was to post pictures of the rally....I havent really been able to take many pictures recently, last weekend I was doing physics coursework...apart from saturday when I went to watch Stockport county vs Darlington...oh Jason Ramsey wont forget that match in a hurry (he's a Darlo fan) County thrashed them 5-2! Oh it was a great game, one of the best Iv been to for a while. Anyway as I was saying last week end I was stuck doing physics coursework and that lasted till tuesday evening....so that was fairly boring. and since then It hasnt been very nice weather at all in the day and on wednesday evening I was rock climbin, last nite I was workin and hence I havent really had the time to take any photos which has been a rubbish really.

I managed to go out on my bike tho one evening...that was fun...it was a really clear night so it was great to cycle. I went round a bend at 33.6mph the fastest Iv ever taken it I think...it was great fun...I actually managed to pull away from the car behind me...oh and then when I was going to meet a mate so we could go down the pub I managed to burn an Aston Martin at the lights...it had no chance! lol I modest really.

Oh and before I go a quick word on the cricket...What is wrong with our batsmen!?!? Our bowlers work tirelessly and demolish the Aussies...and then our batsmen dont even show up and its the last two tail enders who put on the biggest partnership...and look they're the bowlers!

and thats all for now....

WRC

I as I mentioned in previous posts, yesterday I went on the WRC (world rally championship) in Wales. Its was was a pretty good day really, it was bitterly cold and windy even tho it didnt rain thankfully. And we were on the same section of stage as we were last year which is a good junction to be on. a sweeping 90 right into a S-bend left then right then a sharp 90 left onto tarmac...then we could see the cars all the way across the valley. A most enjoyable day. Apart from the hour we had to get there...signing on was anytime between 3.30am and 6am. After 6 the gate was locked and you could get in. So we left at 8 the night before drove for 2hours to Newtown in Wales and stayed in a friends house, then left at 4.30am and got there for 5.30...a nice early hour really! Anyway as I wasnt a marshall on this event I took my camera and took about 300 pictures, and here are some of them. (I'm not posting the camera settings with the photos cos there are too many photos!)

This was our junction from just up the stage.

At times it was sunny, and an incredably nice day. The wind was freezing tho!And at other times it rained, hailed, at at one point I think it even turned to sleet
Then there was a rainbow
Then the sun set, it went dark and the moon came out.

Readymade

Well I realise its been a while since I posted a post which wasnt to do with photos Id taken, so I thought I'd take the time to write a post which was actually text...not pictures...you know its already 10pm 2nite has gone so fast already...in 12hours I'll be heading out to college for another day and education and fun (well at least thats what college want us to have, in reality the education isnt really all that much each day and the fun is often non existant...unless u with a load of cool ppl and ur actually doing something worth while) And then tomorrow afternoon after college Im going to Manchester Climbing centre in Gorton and going for a good few hours rock climbing. I might even take my camera cos the place its self its awesome...its in an old church so obviously the building is really tall and its a really strange mix of old and new in a way. I mean its a pitty that God is no longer worshiped there, but I must admit it is a really good use for an old church building. But yeah, if you ever get a chance to go, go!

Iv got an electronics mock exam tomorrow which should be interesting...hopefully it wont be too bad. I havent revised much so I dunno how its gonna go. I must admit Im really struggling with getting down to work at the moment so if you could pray for me it would be really appricated.

I manged to get my general studies at college, which was quite impressive. The power that be were trying to make all the students do General Studies in their tutor groups. Probably so they could get more money and so they would appear higher in the leauge tables and stuff. However I didnt want to do General Studies so I managed to get myself out of it! It did however involve a HUGE arguement with the teacher who had the idea of doing general studies in tutor. However in the end she admitted that she'd over re-acting when I didnt shout back and I think me telling her I'd sue the college if they made me do it had something of an effect as well...I think the thought of an OFSTED inspection and at the same time a student sueing the college scared her slightly...it probably wouldnt look too good in the report would it? Imagin the Newspaper headline: STUDENT SUES COLLEGE ON THE SAME WEEK OFSTED INSPECT I could see why they wouldnt want it! lol If anyone reading this goes to Cheadle and Marple Sixth College would like to get out General Studies let me know and depending who you are I might give/sell you the way to get out of it...Disclaimer: This method will only work if you do not bow under pressure and can stand up to teachers shouting at your face and hating you for the rest of your life

Anyway I had better go as Iv ogt to get ready for college tomorrow and I have to read my Bible and stuff...sorry if this was a boring post but at least its not pictures!
